Necessary enquiry security cookie
- Name:
nf_inquiry_session_9c14d55639. The suffix identifies this website. - Provider: NatureFerit, as a first-party cookie on natureferit.com.
- Purpose: connect a short-lived security token to your browser session so the server can verify an enquiry submission and help prevent unauthorised requests.
- When it is set: when you attempt to submit a valid enquiry form and the form starts its security check. Simply browsing a product page does not start this enquiry session.
- Contents: a random session identifier, not your email address, product requirements or message.
- Duration: two hours after it is set, unless you delete it sooner through your browser.
- Protection: the cookie is sent over HTTPS, cannot be read by page scripts and uses a strict same-site setting. It is not used for analytics or advertising.
The website also uses short-lived server-side counters to limit abusive requests. These use a keyed hash derived from the connection IP address and are not additional cookies stored in your browser.
Infrastructure and external services
Hostinger hosts the website and business email. Cloudflare provides content delivery and network security. These services process technical requests needed to deliver and protect the site; this is separate from advertising tracking. Security controls may vary when a request requires additional protection.
WhatsApp is provided as a normal external link, rather than an embedded chat or tracking script. Following that link takes you to WhatsApp, where its own cookie and privacy practices apply. The same principle applies to other external links. You decide whether to continue and send a message.
Authorised WordPress administrators may encounter separate login and security cookies when using the administration area. Those cookies are not needed for ordinary visitors to browse the public site or send an enquiry.
No optional analytics or advertising tracking is enabled
