About this notice
Last updated: 17 October 2026.
NatureFerit is the name used on this business-to-business product and sourcing website. This notice explains the handling of personal information through natureferit.com and related enquiry correspondence. The team responsible for this website can be contacted at [email protected] or +86 135 6714 9926.
The website provides information and accepts enquiries. It does not offer online checkout, collect online payments or automatically place orders.
Information we collect
- Enquiry details: the product or requirements you describe and your email address are required to submit the form. Company, quantity, destination and additional message fields are optional.
- Enquiry context: we record the enquiry type, the relevant page on this website and any linked product, category, article or application. We also create an enquiry reference and receipt date, and keep information about notification delivery so we can manage the request.
- Correspondence: if you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to provide through that channel.
- Technical information: hosting and content-delivery services process connection and request information needed to deliver and protect the website, which may include IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs and timestamps. Our enquiry protection uses a temporary security cookie and short-lived rate-limit counters derived from a keyed hash of the connection IP address.
Please provide only information relevant to your business request. The enquiry form is not intended for payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information. If you provide another person’s business contact details, make sure you are entitled to share them.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to understand your requirements, respond to requests for specifications, documents or quotations, continue relevant business correspondence and keep necessary records. Technical information supports delivery, troubleshooting and protection against spam, fraudulent requests and misuse. Information may also be used when necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Where a legal basis is required, the basis depends on the activity: taking steps you request before a possible contract; our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and securing the service, balanced against your rights; complying with a legal obligation; or consent where required. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
Storage and recipients
Submitted enquiries are saved as private records in our WordPress system. A notification containing the enquiry is sent to our business mailbox at [email protected]. Enquiries are not published on the website.
The people handling your request and maintaining the service may access information needed for that work. Hostinger provides the website hosting and business email service. Cloudflare provides content delivery and related network security services. These providers process information as needed to operate their respective services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address a legal claim.
Our service providers may process information outside your country of residence. The laws and protections in those locations may differ. Applicable requirements for international transfers must be met; contact us if you need information about the processing arrangements or safeguards relevant to your request.
How long information is kept
Enquiries and related correspondence are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle and follow up the request, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal or dispute-related obligations. The appropriate period depends on the request, whether a business relationship follows and any record-keeping requirements. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.
The enquiry security cookie expires two hours after it is set. Rate-limit counters use validity windows of 15 minutes, one hour or 24 hours, depending on the protection involved. These counters use a keyed IP hash rather than an IP address stored in the enquiry record. Their expiry is separate from the retention of enquiries, correspondence and any infrastructure security logs.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The enquiry form uses a necessary first-party security cookie when you attempt to submit it. Details, its duration and browser controls are described in our Cookie Policy.
Microsoft Clarity is disabled. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads tracking and remarketing tags are not currently enabled on this website. We do not use your enquiry to automatically create an advertising audience.
Before introducing optional analytics or advertising tracking, we will update the relevant notices and provide appropriate consent controls. Optional tracking will remain disabled until you opt in. Browsing the website or sending an enquiry is not consent to future advertising tracking.
Your choices and rights
You can leave optional enquiry fields blank, contact us to correct information and ask us to stop a particular enquiry follow-up. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information; restrict or object to processing; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent for processing based on consent; or complain to a competent data-protection authority. These rights may be subject to lawful conditions and exceptions.
To make a request, email [email protected], describe what you need and include your enquiry reference if available. We may request information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity and locate the relevant record. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Security and external services
The public website uses HTTPS, and enquiry records are kept private within WordPress with access restricted to authorised users. Security checks help protect form submissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Links to WhatsApp and other external services take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. A WhatsApp link does not send a message automatically; you choose whether to continue and send it. Information you provide through an external service is also handled under that service’s privacy notice.
Updates and contact
We will update this notice when our practices change and show the revision date on this page. Where a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before the relevant processing begins.
For privacy questions or requests, contact NatureFerit at [email protected] or +86 135 6714 9926. See also our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy.
